ANVR
The trips on this website are offered under the proviso that the ANVR Travel Conditions or ANVR Booking Conditions apply to all offers on our website or in our travel guides, unless it is expressly stated that this is not the case.

These Travel or Booking Conditions are printed in the ANVR brochure and on the ANVR website, see the links at the bottom of this section. You can also request a copy of this brochure from us. provide.

The ANVR maintains strict standards for membership and promotes the quality of trips and information about them. The trips offered on the GoTravelhome website are subject to the ANVR travel conditions or the ANVR booking conditions. By signing the booking form you indicate, that you agree with these conditions.

ANVR travel conditions apply if you book a complete trip or several parts (e.g. flight, motorhome, hotel) at GoTravelhome. Renting a separate motorhome at GoTravelhome falls under a package tour because of the booking fee that is added to the travel sum.

ANVR booking conditions apply if you book one loss element (e.g. a motorhome).

Note: When renting a motorhome/motorhome/car you enter into a contract with the rental company on site. Only this contract, as worded at the time of acquisition, applies to the rental of the vehicle.

You know whether the ANVR travel or booking conditions apply to your trip and you can save and/or print them so you can read them at your leisure. This way you will not be faced with any surprises.

The privacy of your personal data is guaranteed
If you have to enter your personal data on the website, you will always know for what purpose(s) your personal data will be used. ANVR members indicate this.

Right to access, change and delete personal data
You have the right to view your personal data, have changes made to it or have it deleted. Your data will thus remain up-to-date.

Traceable advertising
Third-party advertising on a travel company's website is always clearly identifiable and traceable. ANVR members adhere to this rule.

No unnecessary advertising
You can indicate via the website of ANVR members if you do not wish to receive offers and/or newsletters from the travel company.

Annual control
The websites of ANVR members are checked annually on the basis of the ANVR internet code of conduct, which is regularly updated.

SGR
The trips published on the GoTravelhome website fall within the limits of the SGR guarantee scheme. The SGR-guarantee means that the consumer is assured of getting his pre-paid travel money back, if the other party cannot comply with the agreed performance due to financial insolvency. If the agreement includes transportation and the destination has already been reached, the return trip will be taken care of.

GoTravelhome (part of Pacific Island Travel) is part of TravelTime B.V. (KvK nr. 30147625) this organization is affiliated with the SGR (nr 2755). You can check this at www.sgr.nl. The trips published on this Internet site are covered by the SGR guarantee within the limits of the SGR guarantee regulation. This SGR guarantee means that the consumer is assured that his prepaid travel money will be refunded if the other party cannot fulfill the agreed performance due to financial insolvency. Insofar as the agreement includes transportation and the destination has already been reached, care will be taken for the return trip."

Quotation and Booking
You can request a quote via the website or by email for a single motorhome rental or a trip with a motorhome as a component. Quotes are free and without obligation, however, availability is always subject to change.

A booking must always be made in writing, via website or email. You must always sign the GoTravelhome booking form, agreeing to the terms and conditions of the ANVR and of GoTravelhome.

A booking is always final, even if one or more parts are on request. Therefore, you can no longer cancel or change it free of charge. If the vehicle is available, we will send you the confirmation/invoice and information. If the desired motorhome type/hotel room etc. or dates are not available, we will immediately offer an alternative. You then have the option to book this alternative firmly.

Changes after booking
If you wish to make changes after booking (regardless of the number of days before departure) we will apply the ANVR Travel Conditions/ ANVR booking conditions and the supplier's additional costs. These costs, vary per item and can be up to 100%. Changes must always be made in writing.

We charge € 50 administration fee per change in an existing booking after 5 working days of booking and up to 28 days before departure plus the supplier's costs (up to 100%). 28 days before departure, in principle, changes can no longer be made.

Payment
After receiving the confirmation a deposit of 25% of the travel sum plus the reservation fee must be paid. The reservation fee is €50 per order.
The remaining payment is due 6 weeks before departure (in accordance with ANVR conditions). If you book within 6 weeks before departure, the entire travel sum must be paid immediately. Some offers require immediate payment, this is stated on the website and/or confirmation.

Vouchers and Tickets
You will receive your travel documents with vouchers for vehicle rental, airline tickets and hotel vouchers etc. approx. 3 weeks before departure.

Cancellation
Cancellations must always be confirmed in writing. The cancellation conditions are in accordance with the ANVR Travel Conditions:

Cancellation up to 91 days (excluding) before departure deposit (minimum 25% of the travel sum)

Cancellation between the 56th (inclusive) and 28th day (exclusive) before departure 35% of the travel sum

Cancellation between the 28th (inclusive) and 14th day (exclusive) before departure 50% of the travel sum

Cancellation between the 14th day (inclusive) and 7th day (exclusive) before departure 90% of the travel sum

Cancellation within 7 days (inclusive) before departure up to and including the day before departure 100% of the travel sum

Different cancellation conditions may apply to offers. The cancellation fee for these may be up to 100% of the cost from the time of booking. These different cancellation conditions are listed on our website.

Exchange rate fluctuations and surcharges
Exchange rate changes do not affect the travel price after booking. In accordance with the ANVR Travel Conditions/ANVR booking conditions, we will recalculate the airport tax and ticket surcharges as standard 7 weeks prior to departure. If these differ by more than 5% in total from the amount at the time of booking - we will send you an adjustment. If you do not wish such a possible adjustment, you can also choose to pay the ticket cost immediately upon booking, then we will print the tickets immediately and no further adjustments can be made.

Insurances
A good insurance can save you a lot of costs in case of damage. It is therefore of great importance that you check before departure whether and up to what amount your current insurance policies cover risks during a stay abroad. Additional insurances for illness and accident, theft or loss of luggage or cancellation insurance are usually necessary. Unigarant offers a wide choice of options for each specific situation. Travel Guarantee Plan
Travel and cancellation insurance worldwide: from €2.55 p person/day for travel insurance and 6% of the travel sum for cancellation insurance plus €5 policy fee, click here for the current brochure.

Short-term cancellation insurance
Short-term cancellation insurance reimburses cancellation costs when you are unable to make a trip due to a serious impediment, such as an accident or illness or death of family members. In case of cancellation of the entire trip, the due portion of the travel sum will be reimbursed. In case of delay of more than eight hours of boat, train, bus or plane and in case of cancellation or interruption of the trip, a partial payment follows.

Travel documents
You are personally responsible for ensuring that you are in possession of all the necessary documents (in accordance with ANVR Travel Conditions) for all the countries you are visiting on your trip (including stopovers) at the time of departure and during the trip. To this end, you are responsible for checking that the information we provide is still correct. If the trip cannot go ahead because you do not have the necessary documents at the time of departure, the ANVR cancellation conditions will apply.

Think not only of passport validity (for all travelers) or required visas (also for stopovers) but also the very necessary ESTA statement and APIS form for travel to the USA. Children are required to have their own passports for some countries.

An international driver's license (in addition to the national driver's license) is recommended as standard; however, it is mandatory for Australia and New Zealand. You can get the international driving license at the ANWB. Only an international driving license is not sufficient, you should always bring the national driving license as well.

Health
Please contact the local GGD for current information on vaccinations, preventive measures against diseases (marlaria) and health advice for the countries you are traveling.
If you use medication regularly, bring sufficient supplies with you (possibly with a doctor's note from your doctor). It is always advisable to bring with you medication against headaches, colds and gastrointestinal disorders.

Complaints
It may be that something is not right during the trip and you experience a shortcoming in your travel enjoyment. Report this immediately to the local service provider (landlord, hotelier etc.) usually a solution can be found by mutual agreement. If the problem is not solved locally, please report it in writing to GoTravelhome no later than one month after your return.

And finally: being a guest in another country
Vacation far away from home is always an adventure: different people, food, manners etc. - in short, a different culture. That is the fun part, but it is also an aspect to consider - being a guest in another country.
